Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 6 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 3 and 4 weeks.
The customer must contact us immediately if there are any issues with the order. We allow up to 3 days after the customer has received the item (based on the date of delivery) to make return/exchange requests.

Damages:
If an item is damaged please contact us ASAP. We require that you submit a photo when contacting us. A full refund will be processed within 7 business days via Paypal or Stripe.
Exchanges:
After we receive your exchange request, please send the original item to the address below. Once we receive your item we will begin processing the new order. New orders can take 2-5 days to process and 7-15 days in transit (based on the location it may take longer).
We ask that customers email us in advance if they would like to do a return/ exchange at [email protected] and send all returns to the address below.
